Welcome to the Online Financial and Bankruptcy Education Learning Portal. This site allows individual consumers to complete their Bankruptcy Education (Pre-Discharge) courses as required by the U.S. Trustee’s Office, via the internet. CCCS of NEPA is approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency’s services.
To use these courses, you must have a valid e-mail address. You will also be required to provide proof of identification to receive your certificate. These courses are designed for individual use. Joint filers must complete each course individually to receive their certificate. If you do not wish to complete your course online, please contact us at 1-866-699-2227 for any alternative counseling methods.
After you have registered for the pre-discharge bankruptcy course, you will complete a pre-test that will assess your knowledge of credit and financial habits. Your results of the pre-test and post-test will remain strictly confidential, and will not prevent you from obtaining your Certificate of Completion.
