Welcome to Online Bankruptcy Counseling. If you’re filing for bankruptcy, your next step is to complete a bankruptcy counseling session and obtain the required certification of completion. This site allows individual consumers to complete their Bankruptcy Credit Counseling (Pre-Filing) course as required by The Executive Office for the United States Trustee (“EOUST”), via the Internet. We are approved to issue certificates in 45 states in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. EOUST approval does not endorse or assure the quality of the services.
To use this online course, you must have a valid e-mail address. You will also be required to provide proof of identification to receive your certificate. These courses are designed for individual use. After your course is completed, you will be personally contacted by a Certified Credit Counselor to review your information and answer any questions you may have regarding your online course. Please contact us directly at (866) 699-2227 or email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Joint filers must complete each course individually to receive their own separate certificate. This website contains the most up to date online education that is necessary for successful filing and discharge of your bankruptcy proceedings.
